Diwan Residential Complex is located in the Al-Arabi neighborhood, which is considered one of the distinguished areas in Mosul city, characterized by its height and its view overlooking the general perspective of Mosul city, in addition to being located on the 60th Street and its service streets. The residential complex consists of (2690) residential units in two styles, horizontal and vertical, with a design that suits the topography of the site, including the residential buildings style with a total number of (2630) apartments. The complex also provides independent residential floors with a total number of (60) houses. The complex includes, in addition to what it provides, all the basic and necessary services for the residents of the complex, which include educational units (nursery, kindergarten, 36-grade primary school, 36-grade secondary school), health units (Diwan Medical Educational Investment Complex, a government health center), commercial units (central market complex, ready-made markets, 60 m2 corner markets, 24 m2 corner markets, bakeries, gas station, restaurant and cafeteria, hotel), as well as sports Units (electronic games hall, billiard hall, bowling hall, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court), a mosque, and green areas including family seating areas and children's games, in addition to generator stations that supply the complex with electricity continuously. The complex also includes a water filtration unit, a sewage treatment unit, and a secondary electricity station, in addition to parking spaces, in addition to the residential complex being surrounded by a security fence with guard towers and main gates to enter. The complex, in addition to the activities listed in the site map approved by the Ministry of Housing and Construction. Entertainment projects will be implemented with the three phases of the project, and during each phase of the project, the necessary services will be implemented that provide the basic requirements for residents according to priorities. This project is the first of its kind in the city of Mosul and Nineveh Governorate, whose population exceeds (3,500,000) people and which has been suffering from a housing crisis for a period of time. Therefore, the Diwan Residential Project is one of the proposed solutions to solve this crisis.
